About

In 1984 Adrian Bennett and Ross Clarke focused on developing their own niche within the screen-printing and imaging industries. Both men could see cases where local manufacturers were forced to reinvent or redevelop products that were already available and used successfully, internationally.

Ross Clarke brought his technical expertise to assist market needs, while Adrian Bennett brought the skills to ensure New Zealand printers and image-makers knew what was available. In the days before the internet, this was no small task, but they quickly grew to become a market force, given their dogged determination, quality research skills and market understanding. Those qualities continue as core strengths today.

In 2012 Ross Clarke acquired 100% of the Uniscreen Group and through recessionary times has steered the company down a path of controlled growth. This is due to the strong knowledge base of key staff and the commitment to mentor clients in an industry where technological developments and advancements are made daily.

Outside of the office environment, Ross Clarke is a keen and competitive rally driver, constructing and racing his own classic Toyota Celica. Ross is always ready to offer advice and assistance on anything, ranging from screen print ink or equipment, through to advances in digital print technology.

Ross details the Uniscreen philosophy:
