Japan Sakurai cylinder screen press is the fulfilment of the long time technology of the Sakurai company. Based on the unique Sakurai modern design, this continuously evolving design and modification materialised into a more wider application of the screen printing machine. This is the high speed, high registration fully automatic screen printing machine that fulfils the heavy requirement of the new era screen printing.
Sakurai SCAII series can also fulfil the need of big size printing. SC112AII can print maximum 1130mm x 800mm, that means it can print the full size sheet 1092mm x 787mm. SC142AII can even print the super big size of 1420mm x 1020mm. This is the œSuper Giant of the screen printing machine.
SCAII series is capable of printing on various soft and semi-rigid substrates such as paper, plastic sheet, film and metallic sheet, ranging in thickness from 0.1 to 0.8mm. It is also possible to print on thicker or thinner substrate depending on the flexibility of the material.
Precise registration like the conventional flat bed screen press is guaranteed at print speed of 1,500 to 3,000 sheets per hour, which is several folds of the production rate of conventional flat bed screen press.
